Food on Foot is a company created by a woman passionate about food and the work she carries out as an official interpreter-guide. The main goal is to make your guests also fall in love with regional food. You will be invited to step off the tourist routes and mingle with the locals.
It believes in the universal language of good food, allied to its culture, so that it is presented by guides born in Madeira.
Each tour is about 4 hours of the tour, accompanied by an official guide.
At each place, you will taste one or more items of Madeiran gastronomy, usually accompanied by regional drinks or Portuguese wines. You will also learn a little about the history of each restaurant you visit as well as the cultural heritage of the city of Funchal.
In a relaxed way, as if you were among friends, you will be taken to places that only Madeirans know.
