Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
At ALMA Holiday Rentals, we want your booking process to be simple, secure, and transparent.
The following terms apply to all reservations made directly with us, unless otherwise stated on the property page.
Payments
- 25% of the total amount is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 75% must be paid 7 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
- No security deposit is required for most of our properties.
If a specific property requires a deposit, this will be clearly indicated on its listing page.
Cancelation
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival: the 25% prepayment is refundable.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: the prepayment is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us, whenever possible, we’ll do our best to offer a fair solution, such as a credit for a future stay.
Quote Validity
Quotes and booking offers are valid for 24 hours. After this time, availability and rates may change.
