- In-person check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Late Check-in Fees

Between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM — €25

(Payable upon arrival)
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, so we can ensure everything is ready and someone is at the property to welcome you.
Check-in Procedure
- Check-in is done in person. A team member will meet you at the property, hand over the keys, and explain everything you need to know.

Guest identification details (full name, date of birth, nationality, passport/ID number) must be provided before arrival, as required by Portuguese law.

The number of guests must match the reservation.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties or events allowed.

Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — please respect the neighbours.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Please turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the property.
Security & Deposit
- Some properties may require a refundable security deposit.

We are not responsible for valuables left unattended in the property.
